Carbon Expo 2014

Outcome Report of Exhibition Booth & Side Event

Exhibition Booth

The Overseas Environmental Cooperation Center, Japan (OECC) organized the exhibition booth at the Carbon Expo 2014 in Cologne, Germany from May 28th to 30th. We were delighted to welcome nearly 100 visitors (incl. stakeholders from project participant, consultant, government, international organization, media, and academics.) at our booth and had fruitful exchanges of information during the three days of the event. The main topic of the discussion was on the Joint Crediting Mechanisms (JCM) and its recent development, and we received many questions and opinions related to the Japanese initiatives.

Our participation in the Carbon Expo 2014 is part of activities of the New Mechanisms Information Platform, a program of the Ministry of the Environment, Japan (MOEJ).
