Japan and Ethiopia signed the bilateral document to start JCM

May 27, 2013, H.E. Mr. Hiroyuki Kishino, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Ethiopia and Mr. Ahmed Shide, State Minister of Finance and Economic Development of Ethiopia signed the bilateral document of the Joint Crediting Mechanism (JCM) in the presence of Dr. Tewolde Berhan Gebre Egziabher, Director General, Environmental Protection Authority of Ethiopia in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. As a result, the JCM will be officially launched in Ethiopia, the third country after Mongolia and Bangladesh.
